Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and emotional wellbeing. Excludes talk therapy.

8-Week Online Mindfulness Course for Adults
Overview:
Join us for an immersive 8-week online mindfulness course designed to help you cultivate mindfulness practice, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Each week, you will engage in guided sessions that combine practical exercises and meditation techniques to deepen your understanding and practice of mindfulness.
Course Structure:
Duration: 8 weeks
Format: Online sessions via video conferencing
Weekly Commitment: 1.5 hours per week, plus optional daily practice assignments
